RecoverWell Therapeutic Massage and Wellbeing specializes in reducing recovery time, pain level, inflammation, and swelling throughout the body. Each client’s session is tailored to each person with a personalized approach. This comprehensive method ensures that each and every client receives the most effective treatment for their specific needs.

RecoverWell is owned and operated by Debra Soreff, a licensed massage therapist located in Naperville, Illinois.

How I Work With You –
I treat the whole body — not just your symptoms. The location of the pain or dysfunction is not always where you e
xperience restrictions or an issue contributing to the discomfort you may feel. Depending on your needs and the length of the session, I may not address the whole body each time. Your whole body can still be positively impacted with this approach, even with shorter, more concentrated sessions.
I listen and communicate; I let you and your needs guide my work. I aim to give you the experience you and your body need. My techniques and process are unique, and are different from a typical massage. I customize according to your goals and needs while using special tools and modalities to focus on your most pressing needs and helping you work toward your long-term goals.

I use my passion for healing to help you feel better! I‘m grateful to have created this practice to provide a space where clients receive the service and care they deserve. I am here because of my clients, and I am grateful for the the work I get to do every day.

About Debra Soreff, Your Licensed Massage Therapist
Hello! Thank you for stopping by the site today. I’m excited to share with you how I assist my clients here at RecoverWell. I work to help people live fuller and healthier lives through massage and recovery therapies.

Beating breast cancer and battling lymphedema inspired me to want to help others dealing with health challenges of their own. My fascination with the human body and its healing abilities fueled my desire to work at achieving my optimal health and wellness and help others do the same. Channeling my passion of supporting others to live fuller and healthier lives, I chose to study massage therapy.

As an educator with over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to making sure that healing does not stop with the end of my client’s session. I am determined to provide guidance on how my client can continue to improve their health after our time together. I will suggest simple techniques and adjustments that can be done at home, helping improve their quality of life.

My ongoing training in therapeutic massage techniques encompasses numerous modalities, thus reflecting my commitment and desire to continually better my skill set and provide the most beneficial treatments for my clients. I am certified in Manual Lymph Drainage from Klose Training, certified as a Complete Cosmetic Surgery Therapist from Norton Lymphatics, certified in cupping, trained in the Spurgeon Method of breast massage, trained in oncology massage, trained in Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), and trained in myoskeletal massage. I am passionate about the intricacies of the body and learning the specifics of the medical issues you are dealing with. This allows me to adjust the methods and techniques I use to best assist your body in its recovery. I am focused on supporting my clients’ and their ability to heal during times of illness, injury, stress and emotional pain. I will choose the modalities best suited for their condition. I am a firm believer that we can be active participants in our own recovery and health, and enjoy providing my clients with a safe environment that allows you to embark on your healing journey with the knowledge and support to do so on your terms.

When not helping my clients, I enjoy the outdoors and hiking, listening to live music, spending time with family, friends, and traveling. I understand the desire to live a full life after illness, and through recovery. Please ask me any questions you have, and allow me to be a resource for you, during your healing journey.

Let’s Talk About You
Our bodies talk to us all the time. It is important to listen. Commit to make yourself and your health a priority in your life, before you have no choice but to put yourself first. Massage is not just a luxury, it is a way to a healthier, happier life. It’s a proactive approach, can be seen as damage control and needed self-care. It’s taking action now to mitigate or avoid problems. No need to live in stress, chronic pain, and with mobility issues. Massage can help improve your wellbeing, productivity, and performance. Making yourself a priority will help you in all you do! Choose to take care of you.

Whether you suffer from chronic pain, an injury, are recovering from surgery, or simply want to enhance your quality of life, I would be happy to help you meet your goals and tailor a plan for your wellbeing… JUST FOR YOU!
